What we do with
your details.
This site has no database, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, so there is nowhere for your information to be stored — because nothing is.
The short version The enquiry form does not send anything to this website. It opens your own WhatsApp or email app, and after that it is a normal conversation with us. We delete your number when you ask, or when it stops being useful.
What we get, and where it goes
Only what you choose to type: your name, and a phone number if you want us to call back. Everything else on the form is optional. You can also reach us without giving anything at all, by phone.
Because the form hands your text to WhatsApp or your email app, the message passes through those services on their own privacy terms — not through this website and not through us. We never see your number unless you type it into the message yourself.
What we do not do
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no retargeting. We do not buy lists, sell data, or pass your details to anyone for marketing. If someone asks you for your number claiming to speak for us, it is not us.
Two things here are loaded from other companies: Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and Google Maps is embedded in the contact section. Neither is used to follow you around the web, and a content blocker will remove both without breaking the site.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is live and a house is still available. Once a transaction is settled, or once you ask us to forget you, we delete your number and message from our phone and email. Records the law requires us to keep — a signed agreement, a transfer, an invoice — are held for as long as the law requires and then destroyed.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No form, no reason needed. Email contactmhidevelopers@gmail.com or message the WhatsApp number on the contact section, and it is actioned within seven days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Pakistan Data Protection Commission.
This site is about buying houses: nobody under eighteen is a customer of ours, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If this policy changes, this page is replaced and the date below updated.
